Our food ethos
We want our food to make people feel good: it bursts with flavour, goodness, simplicity and happiness. We use local seasonal ingredients infused with a sunny, vivid lightness that reflects what we’ve always done – creating dishes and atmospheres where friends and family can come together to share a delicious meal, morning, noon or night. The emotional comfort of food is just as important as how it looks and tastes.

Our suppliers
The best quality, sustainably sourced ingredients are vital to everything we serve at bills. Every one of our free-range eggs comes directly from Kurofuji Farm and Aida Kyodo Yokei Kumiai cooperative. We turn to Single O for our coffee and Sumikawa Brewery who make our exclusive bills house sake.
Our Menus
Our restaurants are open all day, every day, for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Along with excellent coffee, cakes and sweet treats as well as homemade sodas, ferments and cocktails. Our food is made from scratch in small batches with the best possible ingredients.
